She is the Founder and Director of the Feldenkrais Center of Houston, a private practice in movement and lifestyle education. Her concern for a loved one with lifelong insomnia led her to study the Sounder Sleep System®  to explore the neurological and physiological basis of sleep and  mindfulness-based techniques to resolve  this dangerous health issue. In 2012-2013, she embarked on a journey to address her own overall health by adopting a whole-foods, plant-based diet. She brings her love of cooking and eating fine food to her clients who seek lifestyle change. Come to think of it, she loves to move and sleep, too.
