Our classes in the Sounder Sleep System® will teach you a practice and a process for creating the conditions for a restful night’s sleep. You will learn:

- Micro-movements and natural breathing techniques derived from the Feldenkrais Method® and other sources, proven effective for inducing a sleep state
- EXACTLY what to do to get yourself to sleep, or back to sleep.
You will learn how to sleep well, and be able to recreate the process on your own.
